Ian is the tall, dark, and handsome head of Clan MacBeaghne… and Kadi’s love interest!
He’s also proof not all banshees are evil. In fact, the members of Clan MacBeaghne are all honorable banshees.
Ian has had a very long and rough life. He’s quiet and doesn’t express himself a lot, but he’s trying.
His mission of saving mortals from the sadistic members of his kind has given him a sense of purpose, helping get him through the horrors of his past.
He’s a fierce fighter but has a tender side he usually only shows to Kadi. She knows he’s got a big heart under his protective shields and is helping him see it’s okay to be vulnerable sometimes.
If you’ve ever read Jane Eyre, Ian is loosely based on Mr. Rochester. He may seem gruff but there’s a reason for his aloofness. And under it all he’s a big softy.
